Visit to the Houses of Parliament 2025

On the 10th of June Aspire2 took 28 children and teachers on a brilliant trip to the Houses of Parliament — a day full of learning, curiosity and big questions.

From exploring the corridors to finding out how decisions are made, the group got a real insight into the workings of UK democracy.

One of the highlights was meeting Yuan Yang, MP for Whitley, who generously took time for a Q&A session with the children. They asked some fantastic questions — and got honest, thoughtful answers in return.
