Fishing coaching session 23rd of May 2025

Reading and District Angling Association (RDAA) organise a summer programme of popular fishing sessions with accredited angling coaches down at their lovely site at Farnham Flint in Pingewood. These are primarily aimed at youngsters and newcomers who want to try fishing for the first time.

The RDAA coaching team very kindly reached out to Aspire 2 to offer youngsters from the Whitley Schools a couple of special sessions. This offer was snapped up by Christ the King Primary School and as you can see from the pictures the children had a great time catching rudd, roach, tench and even a carp under the expert instruction of their angling coaches. Yuan Yang (Whitley MP) also attended the fishing session. The feedback was fantastic with everyone having a super time.
