Aspire2 is a small local charity that supports children and families across Whitley to experience activities and trips that would otherwise be out of reach. We raise funds to enable these activities to continue, and to unlock the potential to expand and offer new opportunities.

How to support us

Volunteer

We are always looking for volunteers to help us. It doesn’t need to be a regular commitment, or even take much of your time. And no experience or special skills are necessary. Helping out can be lots of fun for all the family. If you’re interested in knowing more, simply contact us.

Donate

There are LOTS of ways that you can donate to us, and some don’t cost a penny. You can also help by sharing details of these ways to support us.

Reading Community Lottery

Reading Community Lottery raises money for good causes in Reading, and you can choose to support Aspire2 directly.

Tickets for the lottery cost just £1 a week. Each ticket has a 1 in 50 chance to win a prize each week, with a top prize of £25,000!

Shop online at smile.amazon.com, and Amazon will donate a percentage of your purchases to charity. The donation is made at no extra cost to you.

Easyfundraising

Did you know that whenever you buy anything online you could be raising free donations for Aspire2 with easyfundraising?

All you need to do is join for free, and go to easyfundraising first when you start shopping online.

After you’ve checked out, the retailer will make a donation to Aspire2 at no extra cost to you whatsoever! There are no catches or hidden charges and Aspire2 will be really grateful for your donations.

Local Giving

You can make direct donations to us via our Local Giving page. Every penny really does count, and as a small charity all funds go directly to providing new activities for children. Donations can be one off, regular, or as the result of a fundraising activity or sponsored event. If you are interested in running your own event, or if you have children who would like to participate in a sponsored activity, please contact us and we will do our best to provide you with all the support you need.
